Instructions:
1. If you wish to use a discount code, fill out the “Subscribe” form near the bottom of the main site page. You will receive discount codes by email.
2. Press “Add to Cart” for each item selected below, THEN press any “Checkout” button ONCE.
3. At the Checkout page, add any discount code, and press “Apply”. Make sure that your discount has been applied. Fill out the payment form and check off the “Terms and Conditions” boxes before submitting your order.
